Sulai (Plectranthus rugosus) is a wild mountain bush that flowers in the high-altitude valleys of Kashmir. Bees forage on its delicate white blossoms through late summer, producing a honey celebrated for its clear light amber color, soothing aroma, and exquisite floral notes.

Our hives sit in the serene valleys of Jammu & Kashmir. The local flora the bees forage on shapes everything about this honey — its aroma, colour and character.
From hive to jar+
Harvested from well-capped frames, extracted, strained to remove wax, and jarred. No heating to high temperatures, no blending, no additives. Raw honey may crystallise naturally over time — warm the jar gently in warm water to bring it back to liquid.
